KIGO, set in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), honours this transience through a seasonal Japanese omakase experience, bringing together the disciplines of Kaiseki and Sushi in a single, unified journey. Each dish, guided by nature and crafted by hand, celebrates seasonal ingredients and Japanese culinary artistry. A fleeting expression of time, unique, seasonal, and never to be repeated.
Led by Head Chef Akinori “Aki” Tanigawa and Chef Daihachiro Ebata, each course celebrates Japanese seasonality through carefully sourced ingredients from Japan, showcasing the craftsmanship of Kaiseki and Sushi Omakase, complemented by seasonal sake, artisanal teas, and Japanese-inspired cocktails.
At KIGO, every encounter is more than dining. It is a fleeting moment shaped by nature, Japanese culinary tradition, and the changing seasons, experienced fully in the present.
