How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through our website or by calling us directly. Due to the intimate nature of our experience, we kindly recommend booking in advance.          

Is there a deposit or prepayment required?

A 25% prepayment of the applicable menu charge is required to confirm your reservation. For reservations of one guest, a 50% prepayment applies.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made after 12:00 noon on the day of the reservation will not be refunded, and the prepayment will be retained as a cancellation fee. The same will apply for No-show and prepayment will not be refunded. For reservation changes, please contact us directly.

How long is the dining experience?

Please allow approximately 2 hours for the full experience.

What if I arrive late for my reservation? 

As our menu is served in a curated sequence, a late arrival may result in a shortened experience to maintain the integrity of the dishes and respect the timing of other guests. 

Can the pace of service be adjusted to my preference? 

Our standard pace is designed to harmonize with the culinary narrative and seasonal flow. While we strive to accommodate gentle adjustments, the essence of KIGO lies in savoring each dish in its intended moment.

Do you allow children?

KIGO is a quiet, immersive dining experience designed for adults. We welcome guests aged 12 and above, provided they are able to appreciate the full duration of the experience.

Do you allow Walk-In guests?

Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to availability. We accommodate a very limited seating so we strongly recommend reserving in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Dietary Requirements

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

We kindly ask guests to inform us at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate certain allergies, we may not be able to adjust the menu for all dietary restrictions due to the nature of our culinary offerings.

Dress Code

Is there a dress code?

Smart elegant attire is appreciated. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing athletic wear, beachwear, or overly casual clothing.

Where is KIGO located?

KIGO is located within Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, Dubai. Valet parking is available through the hotel entrance.
