Reservations can be made through our website or by calling us directly. Due to the intimate nature of our experience, we kindly recommend booking in advance.
Is there a deposit or prepayment required?
At the moment we do not require any deposit or prepayment to confirm your reservation.
Can I modify my reservation?
Modifications may be made up to 24 hours prior to your reservation time, subject to availability. For changes, please contact us directly.
How long is the dining experience?
Please allow approximately 2 hours for the full experience.
What if I arrive late for my reservation?
As our menu is served in a curated sequence, a late arrival may result in a shortened experience to maintain the integrity of the dishes and respect the timing of other guests.
Can the pace of service be adjusted to my preference?
Our standard pace is designed to harmonize with the culinary narrative and seasonal flow. While we strive to accommodate gentle adjustments, the essence of KIGO lies in savoring each dish in its intended moment.
Do you allow children?
KIGO is a quiet, immersive dining experience designed for adults. We welcome guests aged 12 and above, provided they are able to appreciate the full duration of the experience.

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
We kindly ask guests to inform us at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate certain allergies, we may not be able to adjust the menu for all dietary restrictions due to the nature of our culinary offerings.

Smart elegant attire is appreciated. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing athletic wear, beachwear, or overly casual clothing.

KIGO is located within Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, Dubai. Valet parking is available through the hotel entrance.
