How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through our website or by calling us directly. Due to the intimate nature of our experience, we kindly recommend booking in advance.          

Is there a deposit or prepayment required?

Yes. To confirm your reservation, a full pre-payment is required. Charges would be refundable in the event of late cancellation (please see our cancellation policy).

Can I modify my reservation?

Modifications may be made up to 48 hours prior to your reservation time, subject to availability. For changes, please contact us directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans may change.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will incur 50% of the selected course price.
• Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the selected course price.

How long is the dining experience?

Please allow approximately 2.5 to 3 hours for the full experience.

What if I arrive late for my reservation? 

As our menu is served in a curated sequence, a late arrival may result in a shortened experience to maintain the integrity of the dishes and respect the timing of other guests. 

Can the pace of service be adjusted to my preference? 

Our standard pace is designed to harmonize with the culinary narrative and seasonal flow. While we strive to accommodate gentle adjustments, the essence of KIGO lies in savoring each dish in its intended moment.

Do you allow children?

KIGO is a quiet, immersive dining experience designed for adults. We welcome guests aged 12 and above, provided they are able to appreciate the full duration of the experience.

Dietary Requirements

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

We kindly ask guests to inform us at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate certain allergies, we may not be able to adjust the menu for all dietary restrictions due to the nature of our omakase and kaiseki offerings.

Dress Code

Is there a dress code?

Smart elegant attire is appreciated. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing athletic wear, beachwear, or overly casual clothing.

Location and Parking

Where is KIGO located?

KIGO is located within Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, Dubai. Valet parking is available through the hotel entrance.
