GENERAL MANAGER MIKIO KINOSHITA
Born in Niigata, Japan, Mikio Kinoshita built his career across a wide range of Japanese dining experiences, from lively izakayas in Tokyo to prestigious sushi and kappo restaurants. His journey later led him into luxury hospitality at Sushi Wako within The Peninsula Tokyo, followed by his role as Restaurant Manager at Sushi Wako, Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto.
Now serving as General Manager of KIGO in Dubai, Mikio brings together deep Japanese service traditions and an international perspective. “For me, service is more than logic it is about feelings. It is both my way of life and my Ikigai,” he says, leading his team with warmth, precision, and a guest-first philosophy that ensures every experience is heartfelt, refined, and memorable.
